Mystical Monday

Wearing: Ally top and silk shorts, Kmart sandals and Colette by Colette Hayman studs and skull ring.
Today I was almost late for my first day of work at Ally Fashion.  This is not how i usual am, I am normally rather punctual. Hence the most casual, ill efforted look for today. The shorts are unbelievable comfortable, and have such a cute pattern on them, but they needed to be toned down with a very basic white top. I love the detail with the button up front and cutout alteration. Cant say much about the sandals, the remind me of Jesus and they were $12AUD (get on that shiz nit!!) but they're simple and i love tan cuties for my tootsies. Unfortunately to and from work was freezing in this outfit! If i wasn't running late I definitely would have grabbed a jacket instead of my jam on toast!  Let me know what you think

Oh you, you stunning stud

Stylish Studs

GRUNGE studs

Topshop cropped shirt, 73 AUD / Karl Lagerfeld , 145 AUD / Glamorous hot shorts, 47 AUD / Steve Madden lace up booties, 165 AUD / Sam Edelman messenger bag, 490 AUD / Gathering Eye clutch handbag / ASOS studded bracelet, 13 AUD / Tech accessory / Redbean Forest Flowers Wall Decal, 87 AUD

With fashion regurgitating the punk era at the moment I thought i'd do a little post on trending studs! They're everywhere! Whether your style is pretty and girly, or rocker and rough; studs can be done with both. Which gave me the idea of creating two contrasting styles using studs! Let me know which one you prefer or if you're a bit like me and can't help but want to rock one Monday and the other Wednesday!
Keep it balanced, you don't want to be looking like a dog without an owner, so put those studs in the right places!

Plain T

Wearing: Supre Singlet, Melrose Ave denim shorts, Roxy Prism watch and Mink Pink sunglasses

Obviously this ^ is what I wore shopping yesterday, I did add a light pink lippy and some tan and gold sandals but you get the general idea- I'm loving plain t's at the moment. (sorry for those who hate people who wear no shoes but i live directly opposite the beach soo shoes are very avoidable)

I seem to be one of those people who can't find anything when they actually have money to spend. IT'S FRIGGEN FRUSTRATING! I did however, manage to grab some essentials that I was after...
An exfoliating glove ($2 for a pair might I add!), the new Schwarzkopf extra care Hair Repair which you you can expect a review on soon, also some Rimmel Volume Flash Mascara and lastly; new smaller bra's! The last item specifically, is something to celebrate, so don't pitty me just because the word smaller and bra's were put in the same sentence... theres still plenty of meat in that fridge! I also scored that $8 skull scarf from Cosmetics Plus, I seem to also be in love with pretty looking skulls at the moment, but we can talk about that later.

But, in all seriousness I'm loving online shopping! That way I'm never disappointed when I leave empty handed and bank account fully intact. The worst bit is the waiting! I mean I pay for it now, I want it now too! Does any one else find these the hardest battle? I practically run to the front door every time a post delivery van comes even remotely close to my house... You can imagine when they actually knock! One day you will see this form me, I prom prom. For now though you may take my word that the patience required to wait for online shopping spoils is intense.

LIfe's a lotto?

5 first items

5 first items by ell-demack featuring leather biker pants

Lets face it, we all love the idea of winning lotto, whether thats because the night before we spend hours planning and deliberating each and every hundred of thousands or because so much energy is put in to the build up of handing over that tiny number filled slip with so much anticipation you could almost die. I don't know, maybe we're all just mechanically wired to fall in love with the chance, the idea, the opportunity of something different.
Tuesday's $50 million lotto draw started for me at about 5am, with my rather special boyfriend claiming to have dreamt about filling in the lotto winnings form, so all day I was reminded of the importance of buying us a lotto ticket.

Wednesday began at around the same time, instead this time it was due to Brad (the boyfriend) all chirpy, letting me know he was leaving to check our lotto ticket. What a surprise no winnings... but it still led me to the train of thought that hey that first day of knowing i was a millionaire would be insane.  Spontaneous shopping trips and luxurious treats, mmm i want to win the lotto next week!
This is what i would have owned today if i had of won.

1 These leather trousers have been a must have for me lately, just haven't won the lotto yet.

Blame her if you must

Hello Blogosphere it's true. I've decided to blog. This may be the worst or best thing I ever allow the internet to see, you can be the judge of that. Lets start off by celebrating the fact that I just finished my first semester of college! (yeeharrr) Good riddance ill time management and severe stress until we met again in a summer subject in ... 3 freeing weeks. Although i am studying branded fashion for some unaccountable reason i was put through the immense stress of vis comm subjects, hallelujah for that departure from this very very very un-graphically design focused girl.

I have however learnt so much in what feels to be very short amounts of time; this may explain the sudden ideology that of course I can write a blog. This light bulb moment also requires giving credit to the very helpful very lovely blogger The Look Lite who encouraged this thing. SO, blame her if you must.

Short and sweet, welcome to frisky freedom. Endorse yourself in my outfit inspirations, product reviews, crazy spare of the moment thoughts and please, let me give you the feeling of taking your bikini top off on an open beach.
